Directions

Mix contents of sachet with 500ml of water and shake.

We recommend mixing with 500ml water, but you can mix with more or less water depending on your hydration needs and taste preferences.

Use approx 1 serving per hour. We recommend using this product with our gels to optimise required carbs depending on your exercise intensity, duration, and personal preference.

Derived from the revered "White Bud" blackcurrant variety, this fruit powder offers a unique blend of flavours. Despite its modest yield, the "White Bud" variety boasts a naturally high sugar content and a delightful tartness derived from its elevated acidity levels.
