Directions

Mix contents of sachet with 500ml of water and shake.

We recommend mixing with 500ml water, but you can mix with more or less water depending on your hydration needs and taste preferences.

Use approx 1 serving per hour. We recommend using this product with our gels to optimise required carbs depending on your exercise intensity, duration, and personal preference. 

Tasting Notes

Tart from the raspberry with a touch of salt to balance it out. Good aftertaste with no lingering stickiness or sweetness. 

Made from the premium Willamette variety of raspberries, these slightly tart and juicy raspberries are a delicate fruit with a relatively short shelf life so we freeze-dry them locally to lock in all the goodness.
